Camp Courageous is officially over, and WOW! Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude, joy, and memories that will stick with us forever.
It wasn't just a week of fun and games (though we had plenty of those!). "GOING VIRAL! Influencers of the Kingdom" wasn't just a theme, it was a mission we embraced. We left feeling inspired, empowered, and ready to make a real difference in the world.
We laughed, we learned, and we grew in ways we never imagined. And now, as we head back home, those memories will fuel us. We'll remember the lessons, the friendships, and the love that surrounded us every step of the way.
Campers were assigned a big project to put all of their skills learned during the week to use (leadership, service, love, discovering their gifts). In their classrooms, each team competed with making a TikTok/Video that could go viral but spread the truth and love about the word of God.
The class that won was our Conqueror (preteen-teen class) and in second was our Challenger (8-10 yr old) class.
Huge thanks to our amazing leaders and every camper who brought their energy and enthusiasm. And shoutout to all the incredible supporters who made this happen! You guys rock!
Speaking of the incredible support we received, we are thrilled to share that we raised an astounding $7,000 solely through donations to fund the camp. This incredible display of generosity is a testament to the power of community and the belief in the transformative potential of Christian Camp Courageous. This may be the end of camp, but it's just the beginning of a new chapter – one filled with faith, hope, and a community that will always be there for you. Remember, we're all influencers, and together, we can make a positive impact. Let's go out there and shine our lights! ✨
See you next year, Camp Courageous! Until then, keep spreading love, kindness, and that infectious Camp spirit.
